IRVINE, CA-The building, which is occupied by Racal Instruments, has been acquired by W.P. Carey & Co. in a sale-leaseback transaction. The tenant will occupy the 99,000-sf facility under a 20-year, bond-type net lease.
LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA-The Danbury, CT-based furniture company will occupy 16,500 sf in the Center at Rancho Niguel. The new tenant plans to open a new store here in July.
FULLERTON, CA-The audio products manufacturer has inked a 5-year lease to occupy 20,410 sf at the Fullerton Business Park. Encompassing 216,706 sf, the recently completed industrial complex stands at the corner of Moore Avenue and Gilbert.
ANAHEIM, CA-The new tenant, Lee Ah Sheng Enterprises Ltd., has inked a six-year lease to occupy a 50,160-sf industrial facility here. The new space, which will house the company's Southern California headquarters, is twice the size of Lee Ah Sheng's current site.
FULLERTON, CA-Dallas-based Staton Wholesale will relocate its West Coast warehouse and distribution facility to the newly leased site, which stands at 2100 Valencia Drive. Staton will take 87,000 sf at the 268,000-sf industrial building.
