SUGAR LAND, TX-The chain's owner reserves a fourth location in the Greater Houston area, joining the line-up at an under-construction center designed solely for dining establishments. The Plaza at Lakeside is now 75% pre-leased.
HOUSTON-Only one in the stack of completed deals is a newcomer: Principal Life Insurance Co., which took 12,813 sf as a consolidation site for two Houston offices. The remaining19,181 sf comes from five-year tenants at 2603 Augusta.
