HOUSTON-Stewart Title has taken title to Closing Corp. of America in Houston. The entire staff of the 12-year-old relocation and closing services firm is coming on board at Stewart's National Title Services division.

HOUSTON-The sales team's in place for a 170-unit luxury high-rise going up in the Uptown-Galleria submarket. The Dominion Post Oak, located at 2323 McCue, is a project of Chicago-based Prime Residential LLC.

HOUSTON-Houston Northwest Medical Center has sealed a 34,846-sf lease for an eight-story Koll Bren Schreiber building in the city's Northwest submarket. The tenant is an affiliate of Tenet Healthcare Corp., based in Santa Clara, CA.
