Ralph Cram, president of Envoy Net Lease Partners says why he's looking at medical retail.

The acquisition, which went into effect immediately upon closing, brings more than 200 Corporate Concierge Services employees into the JLL fold.

The development is one of two co-located library/affordable senior housing projects Evergreen has built onthe city's North Side.

“We have seen a lot of great leasing momentum at the Woodfield Preserve, as new firms have decided to relocate here and long-term tenants are renewing for extended terms,” says CBRE's Bill Elwood.
