The$152 million-transaction is the second big push by the 2015-founded firm into the New City market in the past year.

Kitchen United is set to open a total of three kitchen centers in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Connecticut, plotting a national expansion.

While still a new industry, private equity funds, international capital and large corporations are all increasing their exposure to the data center space.

The building is currently 93% occupied. Its tenant base includes Comcast, PJM, Paychex, CertaPro, Megger, Merkle and Monitorying Analytics.

The sale is part of an initiative announced by Taubman in February to sell its 50% interest in three Asian shopping centers—Starfield Hamam, CityOn.Xi'an (Xi'an, China) and the CityOn.Zhengzhou (Zhengzhou, China).

"Our goal at Glenpointe is to provide tenants with a unique workplace experience that they can't get anywhere else. With each new amenity or improvement project, we are providing our tenants with experiences that are unmatched in the local market," says Ryan Sanzari, COO at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.

The largest deal was with Mumbai-based information technology firm Tata Consultancy Services, which will expand its workforce by approximately 700 jobs, bringing its New Jersey workforce to roughly 4,700 employees.
