The joint venture is acquiring a class-A trophy property in Philadelphia's central business district that is one of the city's most iconic office developments.

Brightview will make significant improvements to the gardens and hardscape along South Independence Mall East, and provide arbor care for trees in a portion of the park.

"It is a testament to our workforce and our community that businesses like Jade Global set up shop here," says Denise Hull, a member of Upper Gwynedd's board of commissioners.

The first-of-its-kind venue is the largest, new-construction, purpose-built esports arena in the western hemisphere.

"John has positioned STV as a leader in systems design and has spearheaded our efforts in intelligent transportation systems, security and resiliency services and other areas," says STV's Martin Boyle.
