An interactive "smart playroom" for the next generation, Sandbox is introduced as the final amenity in Zaha Hadid's 520 W 28th Street.

The three business parks total 1.3 million square feet in Montgomery County, MD.

The Pod Philly is the Pod Hotels brand's sixth location. Other locations pioneered by hoteliers Richard Born and Ira Drukier, include four existing Pod Hotels in Manhattan (developed by BD hotels) and the Pod DC in Washington, DC (developed by Modus Hotels).

EverWest purchased the property and secured a long-term lease agreement with the laminating, coating and metallizing technology at the building located at 12 Daniel Road.

The firm plans to redevelop the property at 226 W. Jackson Blvd. into a dual-branded hotel, with a 135-room Hilton Garden Inn and a 214-room Canopy by Hilton.

The financing will help fund continued improvements at the 313-unit, 16-story Downtown Orlando multifamily property that also features 45,510 square feet of retail space anchored by a Publix supermarket.

The property near Miami International Airport is home to supply chain company Flora Logistics.
