George Comfort & Sons has signed a 14,140-square-foot lease with SCHOTT Corp., at its recently redeveloped six-building complex in Rye Brook.

The new space will house Imperial Dade's executive team as well as office operations, including finance, human resources and customer service. The firm's current Jersey City facility will serve as its largest distribution center.

The 180-unit property sold for $20.59 million, or $114,389 per unit.

B6 Real Estate Advisors has appointed Trisha Connolly as senior managing director in the firm's capital advisory division, the first female team leader at the firm.
