The financially troubled Chinese conglomerate HNA Group is reportedly trying to sell its interests in the building valued at $452 million.

A McDonald's restaurant and parking lot once occupied the Dumbo lot which has substantially escalated in value in less than a year.

The boutique office building is located along “Restaurant Row” in the CBD.

Activity has been healthy across the board, with the exception of the I-80 submarket.
