BLOOMFIELD HILLS, MI-The $200-million airport shopping mall will feature almost 200 stores, more than half new to the Tampa market, in 1.26 million sf. It is the third mega-mall opened this year by Taubman Centers Inc.

LAS COLINAS, TX-Dirt's flying on a two-acre buy in Las Colinas, where Orlando-based Darden Restaurants will launch its second North Texas Bahama Breeze. Scouts are out for a third Dallas-Ft. Worth location and other hotspots in the state's major markets.

ROUND ROCK, TX-Austin-based DPT Inc. has optioned 104,000 sf at Opus South's Crystal Park, but the follow through hinges on Round Rock issuing a $600 cash incentive for every job created in excess of 200 positions. The firm already has a 190 head count.
