The new Storage Post Haledon Self Storage facility is located at 45 Kossuth St. and originally operated as a schoolhouse beginning in 1894, but was converted to a self-storage facility in 1994.

Bloomington Logistics Center is a 677,383-square-foot industrial property in the Inland Empire.

An affiliate of the company signs a seven-year lease of 67,182 square feet of class-A light industrial space.

The development is located on a 13.78-acre site in Fontana with construction planned in April 2020.

TEXO selected winning projects for the awards based on difficulty in construction, original construction techniques involved, final appearance, quality of the finished product and the timeliness of project completion.

The project is being developed by Seefried Industrial Properties, which has worked with Amazon on several fulfillment centers in recent years.

The 135,000-square-foot facility is located at 53500 Grand River Ave. A total of 35,000 square feet of the new facility is dedicated to office space and the remaining 100,000 square feet is designated for manufacturing and warehouse workspaces.

The latest recruit is Jason Cranston, a 20-year veteran with experience in the Peninsula industrial and logistics market, who has joined JLL as a managing director in the firm's Menlo Park/Silicon Valley office.
