The Houston Q3 market showed plateauing office concessions, a record year of industrial deliveries, retail dominated by medical office facilities and multifamily exhibiting strong fundamentals, says a JLL report.

The Moinian Group has leased 22,000 square feet at 3 Columbus Circle to the Agency of Performing Arts.

The transaction serves at the firm's second acquisition within the Denver market.

Asking rents for the newly renovated property were $58 per square foot. Recently, 240 West 35th St. had its lobby and common corridors redone.

Other flexible space providers and commercial landlords could gain as clients seek new spaces.

The chosen developer will design, build, and maintain a sustainable, mixed-use development consistent with DRWC guidelines. Teams are invited to respond to the RFP to develop one or both sites by Feb. 7, 2020.

The venture will seek to acquire Bay Area value-add and opportunistic investments in office, R&D, residential and mixed-use, and the infusion means it can respond to those opportunities with remarkable speed.

Inogen currently occupies two industrial buildings and one call center in Richardson, which will be consolidated into one space to accommodate the company's expected growth during the next 10 years.
