The Southern California investor buys a five-property office portfolio in San Bernardino.

The firm will move into the first of three Comstock office towers in the mixed-use development, in early 2020.

The development team also announced that Hamilton Lane, a global alternative investment management firm, has signed a lease to occupy 130,000 square feet at Seven Tower Bridge beginning in 2021.
