Medical office has become one of the mainstays of the Indianapolis region.

The Downtown L.A. renaissance is maturing, and the Downtown Central Business Improvement District, which has been integral in the market's growth, is turning its attention to office.

Colliers International experts say Manhattan office leasing is going strong in the first half of the year, but seven million square feet of space will be entering the market.

The joint venture purchased the 522,000-square-foot office building from PGIM Real Estate. No purchase price was disclosed. Square Mile Capital Management LLC originated the financing for the deal.

The Disney/Fox merger—if it goes through—could result in some significant office consolidation striking early next year.

In the coming years, 939 Ellis Street, recently purchased for $49 million, is poised to enjoy the benefits of what is currently San Francisco's most transformative neighborhood, the Van Ness Corridor.
