ARLINGTON, TX-The East Coast buyer turns around proceeds from a multi-tenant office building in the New York City area. The idea is to build a net-leased portfolio to lessen the management load. Two Walgreens in Arlington start the ball rolling.
RICHARDSON, TX-Air Management relocates from the far corner of Plano into 12,050 sf of hard-to-find warehouse space in the Telecom Corridor. Across the metroplex, tenants ready for moves into Great Southwest Industrial Park properties.
DALLAS-LaSalle gets the keys back Dec. 20 for 494 rooms in New Orleans, thanks to an arbiter's ruling. Le Meridien promises an orderly transition. In Dallas, the battle isn't quite over for the 407-room Plaza of the Americas.
DALLAS-One is a "north of $5.8 million" purchase of a 220,000-sf, class A high-rise in Shreveport's CBD. The other deal begins as a 43,000-sf pad site sale and ends in a build-to-suit lease with the developer of a retail center in Monroe.
PLANO, TX-The two projects, with a combined cost of $5 million, will break ground within two months. The Henry S. Miller Commercial-led venture will deliver mid-level retail to high-traffic intersections in its single-family Crystal Creek Village in Plano.
