DALLAS-Brokers cut 45,406 sf in two office deals that show building owners' desire to negotiate in a strapped market. Clearwire Technologies gets a "plug-and-play" sublease deal plus Nortel Networks' furniture. The other tenant gets "north of $30 per sf" in TIs.
COLLEYVILLE, TX-Realty Capital Corp.'s Villages of Colleyville sees the start of two more mixed-used buildings in its Main Street district. The $11-million undertaking will bring 62,000 sf of retail, office and residential space to the development.
