PHOENIX-Sundrella Casual Furniture acquires an aluminum casting supplier in a plan to add to its inventory and boost take-home pays for both operations. The sale nets a 10,000-sf building and about one acre in the central submarket.

HOUSTON-Royal Window Coverings relocates its customer service and admin team from a 500,000-sf manufacturing site in Houston's northwest submarket. The division stays in the same submarket, but heads into a 19,221-sf traditional office.
