HOUSTON-Air Liquide reaps $650,000 in a five-acre sale in Houston while picking up another $40,000 for a 4,000-sf building on one acre in Gonzales, TX. Another 7.55 acres in Houston are under contract as the broker looks for takers for the portfolio's balance.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ-Blood Systems Inc. has lined up 5,200 sf in the Scottsdale Commerce Center along Hayden Road, part of which goes to a high-tech lab. The long-term lease is a product of the negotiating skills of Grubb & Ellis and Patriot Commercial.
