WESTBOROUGH, MA- MassDevelopment, the state's economic development agency, wants to develop a 27-acre parcel of state-owned land located between Routes 9 and 135 into a residential complex and office development.
HARVARD, MA-MCO Associates wants to build a 96-unit condominium complex on the 56-acre parcel it owns on Littleton County Road. The development would be the largest one in this town and would include 25% affordable housing.
