Women in CRE are still a smaller percentage of the workplace population but the female ranks are growing, with NKF recently promoting Liz Hart as the company's first female vice chairman in the Bay Area.

Grose will leverage more than 30 years of experience in the transportation industry within the greater Philadelphia region to strengthen and expand the firm's core business in the area, grow client relationships and identify and secure new business opportunities.

One goal under the new policy will be for 50% of its incoming analysts to be women.
