Taconic Investment Partners and Nuveen Real Estate have secured a $181 million LoanCore Capital loan to fund the redevelopment of 125 West End Ave.

The portfolio includes 38 buildings in the Chicago's submarkets of O'Hare, Lake County and Elgin. With its latest purchase, Westmount now has a portfolio of more than 6.3 million square feet of industrial space in Chicagoland.

The lease for 110,945 square feet is the largest office lease so far this year in Bergen County, according to CBRE.

"It was not the intent of Congress for this tax incentive to be used to enrich political supporters or personal friends of senior administration officials, as recent reports indicate."

The deal for the 120-unit property in this Jacksonville suburb calculated out to approximately $90,400 per unit.

The portfolio, acquired by Capital Square, consists of five Virginia apartment communities.

JLL arranged a Fannie Mae acquisition loan on behalf of the buyer and marketed the Maryland property for the seller.

The Freddie Mac property financing includes a 10-year term with five years for interest-only for five years for the $120.78 million senior loan.
