Real estate investment manager Savanna has leased over 70,000 square feet of space at its newly renovated Midtown West office property at 19 West 44th St.

The refinancing closed out construction loans for the Wynwood 25 apartment building and the Wynwood Annex offices, which opened last year.

The purchase price represents a 6.2% underwritten capitalization rate.

The reforms include the creation of an independent inspector general to oversee the EDA, a chief compliance officer within the authority, the annual recertification of awards with additional penalties for violations, and the Senate's advice and consent on the appointment of top EDA officials.
