The fashion company has extended its footprint in RFR Realty's Midtown East Tower.

Three new deals include Alphadyne Asset Management signing onto approximately 44,000 square feet in the Lower Manhattan office tower that's across from Battery Park.

“Inaction on critically important infrastructure projects such as Gateway has serious consequences and the cost of delay is extraordinarily high for our nation. That's why it was so important to see the project first-hand and hold this field roundtable,” said House T&I Chair Peter DeFazio.

Executives at Citigroup and Barclays say they are interested in proptech companies destined to scale.

The flexible office space provider's leases have already started at the Manhattan buildings, one in the Midtown South and the other in Chelsea.
