Fast-Track Project Points to Medical Office Demand

Spring Creek Center provides access to the major east/west thoroughfares.

PLANO, TX—Demand for medical office has a project in fast-track mode. The Spring Creek Center medical office building has broken ground, with the project consisting of site work and shell construction of a two-story 48,000-square-foot multi-tenant facility. The medical office building is scheduled for completion in October 2016, according to MYCON General Contractors. The project team includes owner/developer Haggard Property Group, owner’s representative Bjerke Management Solutions, project architect O’Brien Architects and general contractor MYCON General Contractors.

“This class-A MOB project is being fast-tracked and is leasing up as we build it,” says John Riggins, MYCON’s vice president of office and industrial. “We have a great team, having worked together for other clients, and our healthcare construction experience and lean construction processes will enable us to deliver a quality project on time and as budgeted.”
