DALLAS—Focusing on project leasing and new development opportunities, Ryan Smith has joined retail broker Venture Commercial Real Estate as a vice president. He brings more than 10 years of experience in landlord representation, working with power and grocery-anchored centers in Phoenix, Louisiana and North Texas.

“Ryan has a talent for being fully invested in his clients’ success, and this is a great fit with the Venture culture,” said Venture managing partner Mike Geisler. “I am confident that Ryan will help us grow Venture’s portfolio of project leasing clients.”
