CHATHAM, NJ—The Garibaldi Group/CORFAC International is expanding its Corporate Advisory and Financial Services divisions with the promotion of Chuck Bower to senior executive director of financial services and the recruitment of Jim Reeb and Charlie Dai as new executives for key roles in its corporate services unit co-chaired by senior executive director Jerry Moore.

In the past three years, the firm’s corporate advisory and financial services divisions have represented clients in approximately 5.2 million square feet of projects internationally, and in 2015 were responsible for approximately $375 million in completed assignments in 26 different US and international markets. The divisions provide services to major life science companies, institutional and private investors, manufacturing companies, credit tenant lease investors, and defense companies.  Notable corporate clients includes the Griffon Corporation, DRS Technologies, Celldex Therapeutics, Clopay Building Products, NPS Pharmaceuticals, AMES, JHP Pharmaceuticals, and Telephonics Corporation.
