  2. Add globest@alm.rsys1.com to your address book or e-mail safe list.
    Most e-mail providers or spam-filtering software programs give you the option to add companies to an e-mail safe list or address book. Check with your e-mail provider to see what steps you can take to make sure you receive messages originating from globest@alm.rsys1.com in the future.
  3. Contact your IT department/Email Service Provider
    If you still have problems, you may need to contact your IT department or Email Service Provider and have them add globest@alm.rsys1.com to your email server's white/safe list.
