If you are having problems receiving alerts from GlobeSt.com, try these steps:
- Check your spam or bulk e-mail folder.
E-mail from globest@alm.rsys1.com may have accidentally arrived in your spam or bulk e-mail folder instead of your inbox, depending on the settings of your e-mail program (Outlook, Eudora, etc.) or e-mail provider (AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc).
- Add globest@alm.rsys1.com to your address book or e-mail safe list.
Most e-mail providers or spam-filtering software programs give you the option to add companies to an e-mail safe list or address book. Check with your e-mail provider to see what steps you can take to make sure you receive messages originating from globest@alm.rsys1.com in the future.
- Contact your IT department/Email Service Provider
If you still have problems, you may need to contact your IT department or Email Service Provider and have them add globest@alm.rsys1.com to your email server's white/safe list.

Hotmail
- Select Contacts from the Hotmail navigation bar
- Follow the Safe List link
- Type in globest@alm.rsys1.com
- Click the Add button to add the domain to the Safe List
Yahoo Mail
- Select Addresses from the top of the screen
- Choose the Add Contact button below it
- In the e-mail field, type in globest@alm.rsys1.com
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save
- Repeat for additional addresses
Gmail
- Open your Gmail inbox
- Click on Contacts, then Add Contact
- In the Name field, type in the contact name, i.e. GlobeSt.com
- In the E-mail field, type in globest@alm.rsys1.com
- Click the Add Contact button
America Online
- From the AOL home page, choose Mail from the upper left screen
- Click on Spam Folder (if GlobeSt.com e-mail is in there already)
- Choose the GlobeSt.com message marked as junk mail
- Click the button which reads "This is not spam"
Mozilla Thunderbird
- Choose the Tools Menu
- Go to Junk Mail Control
- On the Settings tab, verify that the check mark next to "Do not mark messages as junk mail if the sender is in my address book:" is checked on
- Click the Adaptive Filters tab
- Verify that Enable adaptive junk mail detection is checked on, then click OK at the bottom
- At the main screen, you can click on the Contacts button, and add globest@alm.rsys1.com as an entry in your address book.
- Alternately, check your Junk Mail folder periodically. Look for a message from globest@alm.rsys1.com.
- Highlight the message. Choose This is not junk button, and click
- The address will now be remembered as a valid address
Eudora Mail
- Open Eudoras address book: Tools > Address Book
- Press the Control and K keys to make an address book entry
- Call the new entry White List
- Click OK to save
- Go back into the Address Book
- On the Personal tab, select the last entry: Add new nickname or e-mail address to this window
- Type in the e-mail address globest@alm.rsys1.com to the list, then close the screen
For other e-mail programs/accounts
- These are general guidelines only
- Open your spam/junk mail/quarantine/bulk mail folder
- Locate the GlobeSt.com e-mail inside the folder
- Highlight and choose the option which corresponds to "Not junk mail"
- The second option is to highlight the message, then add to Contacts, Address Book, etc
