Michael G. Desiato is Vice President & Group Publisher of ALM's Real Estate Media Group, the publisher of GlobeSt.com, Real Estate Forum, Distressed Assets Investor and the RealShare Conference Series. He is responsible for the overall publishing environment and operations, including editorial content, budgeting, sales and marketing strategies and Internet content initiatives.
As co-founder and editorial director of GlobeSt.com, this 30-year industry veteran was instrumental in the creation of a nationwide bureau designed to deliver breaking, daily news to the commercial real estate industry. Michael is also the former president of the National Association of Real Estate Editors, an organization comprised of 600 real estate journalists and professionals from a variety of editorial disciplines.
An experienced moderator and speaker, Michael is also host of Inside the Real Estate Mind, a signature presentation of the RealShare Conference Series. His guests have included real estate icons and visionaries from Sam Zell and securitization finance pioneer Ethan Penner to John A. Buck, chairman & CEO, the John Buck Co., and Robert F. Maguire III, then chairman and CEO, Maguire Properties. He is regularly called upon by major industry organizations, such as the Urban Land Institute and Building Owners and Managers Association International to participate in panels. He is also a member of BOMA Internationals Education Advisory Council.

Content Director John Salustri has covered the commercial real estate industry for nearly 25 years and is responsible for the overall tone, accuracy and timeliness of all editorial related to ALMs Real Estate Media Group. In addition, as founding editor of GlobeSt.com, John oversees the day-to-day activity of this award-winning website. His areas of expertise encompass virtually all aspects of the market, from mergers and acquisitions and REIT activity to finance issues and distressed assets.
In addition to his work in traditional media, John has led the advancement of the group into the new-media areas of webinars, blogs and video. He is also a frequent guest speaker at various industry events and hosts the popular UpClose interviews featured at RealShare Conferences. His guests have included Larry Silverstein of Silverstein Properties, Paul McDowell of CapLease and Zaya Younan of Younan Properties.
John, a two-time recipient of the Excellence in Journalism award from the National Association of Real Estate Editors, came to GlobeSt.com from a five-year stint as editor of Real Estate Forum. Prior to that, he was founding editor of sister publication Real Estate New York and was instrumental in establishing the tone and reputation for the magazine throughout the tri-state New York market.

Sule Aygoren is the New York City-based Content Curator for ALM's Real Estate Media Group and Editor-in-Chief of Real Estate Forum magazine. She has been reporting on business, finance and commercial real estate since 2001, with a particular emphasis on all areas of multifamily housing. Sule has received numerous awards for her coverage of the industry, including first-place for Best Trade Magazine Report and runner-up for the James D. Carper Award for Best Entry by a Young Journalist. She is a frequent moderator and speaker at industry events, including the RealShare Conference Series, and media-related panels.
A cum laude graduate with a B.A. in Media & Society and English/Creative Writing from Hobart & William Smith Colleges, Sule currently lives in Long Island with two small tyrants that she lovingly refers to as her children, two geckos and a seemingly endless string of goldfish.

As New Media Editor, Ian Ritter oversees the content, guests and frequency of all blogs and GlobeSt.com webinars as well as the GlobeSt.TV video interview series. In addition, Ian writes the sites highly popular Counter Culture retail real estate blog and covers the sector for Real Estate Forum.
Ian was formerly the national online editor of GlobeSt.RETAIL when that website launched in the fall of 2004. Formerly, he was an associate editor at Shopping Centers Today magazine and is a graduate of Columbia Universitys Graduate School of Journalism. Ritter has also worked at newspapers in the Seattle and Chicago areas.

Natalie Dolce, editor of the West Coast region for GlobeSt.com and Real Estate Forum, is responsible for coverage of news and information pertaining to that vital real estate region. Prior to moving out to the Southern California office, Natalie was Northeast bureau chief, covering New York City for GlobeSt. Dolces background includes a stint at InStyle Magazine, and as managing editor with New York Press, an alternative weekly New York City paper. In her career, she has also covered a variety of beats for M magazine, Arthur Frommers Budget Travel, FashionLedge.com, Co-Ed magazine and The Daily Orange newspaper. Dolce has also freelanced for a number of publications including MSNBC.com and Museums New York magazine.
