WHAT INFORMATION DOES INCISIVE GATHER AND/OR TRACK ABOUT YOU?
When you register to receive Incisive products, whether those products are free (such as the GlobeSt.com Web site) or paid (such as a subscription to a Incisive Newsletter or a Magazine purchase), Incisive may require that you supply personal information, including, but not limited to, your full name, e-mail address, contact information, and a unique subscriber ID. Incisive may also require demographic information (e.g., whether you are a property owner and in what type of real estate sector you work). In some instances, we also collect credit card information to bill subscribers for premium products.

ANONYMOUS INFORMATION
Incisive may also gather anonymous information, which may be used by Incisive or shared with third parties. This information does not personally identify you but may be helpful for improving the services we offer. Generally this information is collected through "traffic data" and may entail the use of "cookies," "IP addresses," or other numeric codes used to identify a computer.

COOKIES
"Cookies" give users a special, random ID that are small text files, which are stored on the hard drive of a user's computer. Incisive employs cookies to recognize you and your access privileges for certain locations on the Web site, such as the Practice Centers, as well as to track site usage. Subscribers who do not accept cookies from the Web site cannot access many areas of the Web site. Incisive also uses an advertising server developed by a third party, currently DoubleClick, to display ads on the Web site. Some of these ads may contain cookies that are set by third parties (i.e., advertising agencies or advertising clients). Incisive does not have access to these cookies or any information that they may contain.

IP ADDRESSES
Incisive also logs IP addresses for systems administration and troubleshooting purposes. (Your IP address indicates the location of your computer on the Internet.) Incisive does not log IP addresses to track your session, nor do we link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable.

CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
If you use a credit card to pay for an Incisive product, we may retain your credit card information in order to renew your account in the event you elect to renew your subscription. When we do retain credit card information, we keep it secure and separate from other demographic information you may have given us. We do not share credit card information internally within divisions of Incisive.
