WEST PALM BEACH, FL-A 30,000-square-foot office/retail building in West Palm Beach has changed hands for $3.2 million. An affiliate of T-Rex Capital in Boca Raton has purchased the two-story building, located at 314 Clematis St., from a subsidiary of Ram.
The property, constructed in 1923 and refurbished in 2005, is 93% leased. CBRE’s David Donnellan and Todd Weintraub brokered the deal for the seller.
