DALLAS-Greenway Investment Co. ended its long-term hold on the 33,759-square-foot Gaston Place, selling the retail center to Easton Realty Partners. Though a sales price was undisclosed, the Dallas Central Appraisal District assessed the property at $4.7 million.
The center, which is home to tenants including T-Mobile, Carter BloodCare and State Farm Insurance, is situated on a little more than two acres on the 6300 block of Gaston Avenue. El Rancho Supermarkets just leased a vacant spot in the center, which was originally occupied by Office Depot.
The center is adjacent to the Dallas Theological Seminary and down the street from Baylor University Medical Center. DCAD indicated that Greenway Investment owned the center since 2002. Tommy Tucker with UCR Investment Salesmarketed the asset on behalf of local Greenway Investment and found the buyer, also based in Dallas.
