MIAMI—On the heels of the largest retail trade of the year, which happens to be on Lincoln Road, an iconic office tower on the same strip is getting some fresh leasing blood.
EuroAmerican Group is tapping Blanca Commercial Real Estate to lease available office space in the 123,000-square-foot Miami Beach office building. Located at the intersection of the Lincoln Road pedestrian mall and Washington Avenue, the 13-story South Beach landmark is known for its 1950s-era mid-century design. A rooftop digital clock, which is visible for miles displays, the area’s time and temperature.
Alison Pages, an executive vice president at Blanca, will spearhead leasing and marketing for the property alongside associate vice president Alexander Cahlin. The new assignment coincides with the completion of a major renovation of the building’s common areas.
“407 Lincoln Road stands out for its location on Lincoln Road—one of the most desirable, pedestrian-friendly streets in the world,” Pages tells GlobeSt.com. “The building is ideal for entrepreneurs, entertainment companies and executives residing in Miami Beach who are seeking an office in a mixed-use setting offering a strong quality of life component.”
407 Lincoln Road 78% occupied. About 23,000 square feet of office space remains available. The office space is within walking distance to hundreds of top tier retail establishments, restaurants and hotels. The building sits next to the new home of the New World Symphony at New World Center, just blocks from the Miami Beach Convention Center, Miami Beach City Hall, and the Fillmore Miami Beach at Jackie Gleason Theater.
Blanca is on a roll lately. 407 Lincoln Road is now part of nearly 2.3 million square feet of rentable space the firm is leasing. Other office assets Blanca leases include 1450 Brickell in the Brickell Financial District, 396 Alhambra in Coral Gables, Town Center One in Downtown Dadeland, One Park Square at Doral, the Offices at Sunset Place in South Miami, and Airport Financial Center.
