Price Paid for St. Anthony Site was $9.5M

DENVER—The new owner of the former St. Anthony's Hospital is said to have paid less than $12 per SF for the 18 acre-plus site.

DENVER—The new owner of the former St. Anthony’s Hospital is said to have paid $9.5 million to Catholic Health Initiatives Colorado, for the 18 acre-plus site. 

Two weeks ago, Denver-based EnviroFinance Group announced it had purchased the hospital campus next to Sloan’s Lake in northwest Denver, but neither the seller nor buyer disclosed the purchase price.
