Mack-Cali Inks Host of Deals in Westchester

WHITE PLAINS, NY-Mack-Cali Realty Corp. is having a busy period in New York. The company announced Wednesday that it leased 242,310 square feet during the fourth quarter at its office and office/flex properties in Westchester County. It also revealed the signing of its second lease at 125 Broad St., in Downtown Manhattan.

Highlights of the fourth quarter transactions include: Nestlé Waters North America, Inc., the bottled water company, signed a renewal for 47,232 square feet at 5 Warehouse Lane, in the Westchester county town of Elmsford. Located in Elmsford Distribution Center, the 75,100-square-foot industrial/warehouse building is 97.1 percent leased. The tenant was represented in the transaction by Jones Lang LaSalle‘s Frank Truesdell and Torey Piccini. Mack-Cali was represented in-house by Ivan Abry, senior director of leasing.
