Mid-Atlantic:

  • Significantly higher attendance compared to last year
  • Very upbeat vibe
  • More deal making than in past few years
  • Event lasted from start to finish – no real early exits.

Florida:

  • Overall very positive vibe to the event.
  • In past events Walgreens and Wawa were the most occupied booths – this year a much more even playing field. Diverse interest.
  • Heavy developer presence – actual breaking ground projects taking place.
  • Full house in general.
  • Event lasted from start to finish – no real early exits.
