Prince George's County Looking for Help With FBI Bid

GREENBELT, MD-Prince George's County officials are hoping that being granted Transit Oriented Development status could give a site adjacent to the Greenbelt Metro station a leg up on its competition to land the FBI headquarters project.

GREENBELT, MD-Prince George’s County officials are hoping that being granted Transit Oriented Development status could give a site adjacent to the Greenbelt Metro station a leg up on its competition to land the FBI headquarters project.

The county is requesting TOD status from the Maryland Department of Transportation, according to the Washington Examiner. TOD status would have the site eligible for state funding and other assistance.
