Brentwood Originals Plumps Pillows Space

CARSON, CA- Brentwood Originals, an importer, manufacturer and retail distributor of decorative pillows and related home lifestyle products, has signed a six-year lease agreement with the Prologis South Bay Distribution Center. Brentwood will pay $5.6 million to occupy a 150,000-square-foot warehousing and distribution facility.

The deal marks an expansion of Brentwood’s Southern California presence, which now takes over 350,000 square feet of space. Colliers International SEVP Steve Calhoun, based in the firm’s City of Commerce office, and SEVP Dave Drummond, based in the Colliers South Bay office, represented Brentwood Originals in the transaction.
