NEW YORK CITY-Apparently not everyone likes the lights on Broadway. Huntsworth Health has decided to shift operations from 920 Broadway to more than 15,000 square feet at 101 Sixth Ave.

The family of healthcare companies signed a 10-year lease on the 13th floor for 15,600 square feet at the Minskoff Equities’ property. Huntsworth’s healthcare marketing subsidiary will be relocating from 13,000-square-feet of space it occupies on two-floors at 920 Broadway, according to the Commercial Observer. The subsidiary also has locations in Philadelphia and Boston.

David Falk, Greg Wang and Eric Cagner of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Huntsworth Health, while Minskoff was represented in-house in the transaction by Jeffrey Sussman, as well as by Jones Lang LaSalle’s Paul Glickman and Jonathan Fanuzz. See story in the Commercial Observer.
