Norman Bertke comes to CBRE from Huntington National Bank.

COLUMBUS, OH—CBRE Group has named Norman Bertke as executive managing director of its asset services east region. Bertke, who will be responsible for leading the east region’s operations, will be based in Columbus, OH.

Bertke joins CBRE from Huntington National Bank where he served as director of corporate real estate, facilities and space management. Previously, he worked as the leader of CBRE’s asset services operations in Columbus and Cincinnati, OH from 2005 to 2009. He has a total of 17 years experience in commercial real estate.

Los Angeles-based CBRE also announced several other CBRE leadership changes within its asset services group: Sam Delisi will move to CBRE asset services’ strategic accounts group as head of its premier Properties initiative and Rob Roy will assume responsibility for oversight of numerous markets in the Southeast United States. Delisi, one of the original creators of the premier properties initiative, will continue to be based in Chicago. Roy will continue to be based in Austin, TX.
