City Ventures Promotes Phil Kerr to Northern California President

SAN FRANCISCO—City Ventures, the rapidly-growing California homebuilder says that Phil Kerr has been named Northern California President.

Kerr, based in City Ventures’ San Francisco office, has been promoted from his position as vice president of development. As division president, he will oversee the planning, development and implementation of all the company’s communities in the region. In Northern California, City Ventures is focusing on the construction of townhomes, condominiums, lofts, mixed-use neighborhoods, live-work residences and single-family detached homes from the San Francisco peninsula through the Silicon Valley and in the East Bay.
