Core Tenants Renew and Expand Leases

ALHAMBRA, CA—The Ratkovich Co. has signed expanded lease renewals and expansions with two of its core tenants at the Alhambra, a 45-acre mixed-use complex. Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center and Platt College were the two tenants to sign the lease renewals for a total of more than 132,000 square feet of office space.

Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center signed the largest lease for 91,728 square feet with a 10-year term. The new lease expands the tenant’s footprint by 4,000 square feet. It has been a tenant in the location since 1996, and at the time provided community services to 4,000 California residents with disabilities. Today, the organization serves 9,800, growth that has encouraged the need for additional space.
