SAN ANTONIO–WestRidge at La Cantera has secured its first tenants. Harland Clarke Holdings Corp. has leased WestRidge One. The 129,016-square-foot office building is part of USAA Real Estate Co.’s master-planned office park here in San Antonio.

WestRidge One is a class A, four-story building located at 15955 La Cantera Parkway. The building, which was developed by Patrinely Group, was built to receive LEED certification.

The building was built within walking distance of other La Cantera projects including the 500-key La Cantera Hill Country Resort; The Shops at La Cantera, which includes more than 150 retail shops and restaurants; as well as the new 322-unit luxury residential project. The Residences at La Cantera.

Harland Clarke Holdings provides both products and services to financial, commercial, retail and educational organizations. The company has been in San Antonio since 1874.

Construction on WestRidge Two is expected to begin during the fourth quarter.
