Karine Clark Joins Bolour Associates

LOS ANGELES—Karine Clark has joined real estate investment, development and finance company Bolour Associates as senior director of lending. In this new role, Clark will work to originate commercial mortgages throughout the southwest region, which consists of California, Arizona, Texas and Nevada. The position will augment the firm’s private lending team.

Clark has 25 years of experience working in the financing space for commercial real estate. Her impressive resume includes positions with Security Pacific Bank, Cal National Bank and U.S. Bank. Most recently, she served as a managing director at Avistone Capital Corp., where she spearheaded the origination of bridge, permanent and construction loans. While at Avistone Capital, Clark also placed equity on multifamily and hospitability projects on the West Coast.
