Zimel To Lead Retail for Endeavor

AUSTIN–The new hire of Adam Zimel to lead the company's retail brokerage operations is due, in part, to the growth of the market and the strengthening local economy.

AUSTIN–Endeavor Real Estate Group has hired Adam Zimel as director of retail brokerage operations. This position will have Zimel servicing the company’s 1.75-million-square-foot retail portfolio as well as growing it.

“Not only is Adam able to execute sizable and complex transaction, but he’s also proven he has an ability to lead a team,” says David Roche, founding principal with Endeavor. “That combination – plus the fact he thinks long-term – makes him ideal for the role we believe the market is ready for us to add.”
