BALA CYNWYD, PA—Keystone Property Group named Richard S. Gottlieb, its senior vice president of Operations and Development, a partner at the firm.

Since joining Keystone in 2005, Gottlieb has been part of the firm’s executive team, leading Keystone’s operations, development, marketing and management functions. During a period of rapid growth for the firm, in which Keystone has expanded its portfolio of commercial properties and large-scale redevelopment projects throughout the Northeast, Gottlieb has taken a leading role in its most ambitious development initiatives.

“It gives us great pleasure to name Rich as our partner in recognition of the distinguished leadership and guidance that he provides to our company,” says Bill Glazer, Keystone’s CEO. “Rich has been a key executive at Keystone from the moment he joined us, and the success of our flagship projects is due largely to his contributions.”

Gottlieb has led several of Keystone’s recent flagship projects, including One Conshohocken, the proposed transit-oriented mixed-use redevelopment in downtown Conshohocken, PA, and the repositioning of the Curtis Center, Philadelphia’s century-old landmark.

“It is tremendously exciting to receive this vote of confidence from Keystone management,” says Gottlieb. “It is both personally and professionally gratifying to have a senior leadership role at Keystone, which continues to build and reinvent some of the most innovative commercial spaces in the greater Philadelphia market and throughout the Northeast and Florida.”

A leading figure in Philadelphia real estate, Gottlieb is the president of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of NAIOP, vice chairman of the City Avenue Special Services District and a member of Drexel University’s Real Estate Advisory Board.

Before joining Keystone Property Group, Gottlieb was senior vice president at Stoltz Management Company, and previously held positions at Prentiss Properties Trust and Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust. He holds an MBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Studies from Temple University and a BS in Marketing and Accounting from Drexel University.
