NEW YORK CITY—Carl Hum will join the Real Estate Board of New York next month as SVP for management services and government affairs. He will be a principal member of REBNY’s senior staff serving as the lead advocate on a broad portfolio of policy issues, including construction, building codes and regulations, building management, sustainability and energy policy, and federal policy.
