SAN DIEGO—On the border of Mexico, with new infrastructure in place and being planned to facilitate international travel, Otay Mesa could be the next hot market for industrial development in San Diego, Murphy Development‘s SVP and director of marketing Andy Irwin tells GlobeSt.com.
