MIAMI—Hialeah Gardens is tucked away in South Florida’s southern tip, near Miami. The town is home to just under 22,000 residents, according to the 2010 US Census Bureau.

“Many industrial real estate market watchers are pointing to it as one of the last frontiers of undeveloped land in Miami-Dade County,” Sara Walker, director of operations at Premier Design and Build Group, tells GlobeSt.com. “Now considered one of the fastest growing cities in the US with land left to build upon, South Florida businesses are looking to this submarket as a profitable operations base.”
