Grubhub Significantly Expands Presence in Midtown

NEW YORK CITY—Online food ordering concern Grubhub is increasing its presence at Equity Office’s 5 Bryant Park office building by nearly 53,000 square feet. The firm also has expanded operations at its Chicago corporate headquarters.

The Chicago-based online and mobile takeout food ordering company currently leases 26,681 square feet on the 15^th floor of the 34-story, approximately 680,000-square-foot office tower. Equity Office reports that Grubhub is now expanding its operations to the entire 12^th floor and a portion of the 13^th floor of the Midtown property located at the corner of 40th Street and Sixth Avenue.
