LOS ANGELES—The global economic slowdown has sparked instability in the bond market. As a result, there is a stalemate between buyers and sellers and it is leading to a stagnant market, according to Brian Good, CEO of iBorrow. With a significant amount of loans coming due at the end of the year, there will be a true test on the market to see how those loans will be refinanced. To find out more about this issue, what is causing the instability and how it is playing out in the real estate market, we sat down with Good for an exclusive interview.
